I was provided with a well-equipped room that had a comfortable bed, two couches, and a dishwasher, and the breakfast offered here was excellent and reasonably priced.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, as it was within walking distance of all the important places in the city. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a lounge area and a small kitchen. The service provided was top-notch, with the staff being very efficient and friendly. They were always ready to assist me with any queries or requests I had. The hotel also had great amenities such as free Wi-Fi, a fitness center, and a sauna. I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting this city.

Close to everything

The television was hard to use - it needed to be programmed.

The room was quiet with very little outside noise, the beds were very comfortable. Easy walking distance to Bourke St Mall and lots of cafes/resturants in nearby lanes, close to tram stops, convenience stores and bottle shops

The resturant/bar was a bit pricey for the quality of the meal, room service charged $36 for delivery of a $16 bottle of wine, not enough coffee provided for 2 people to have more than 1 decent strong cup

the hotel was a convenient base for exploring Melbourne. the property’s staff were personable and obliging, with a lovely friendly manner. 3. the hotel was just next door to shopping locations, Bourke Street, and the Flagstaff train station. 4. the place was well priced.
